Microwave food and scarce vegan options

The Gelbes Krokodil (yellow crocodile) is situated near the Moviemento cinema and and Solaris bar/club at the central OK-Platz. It has a nice atmosphere, mixed audience and plenty of space. It also comprises of a small outdoor area with some tables where you can take a seat during the warm seasons.
Regarding the food, it offers a wide variety of Austrian and also International cuisine, with one half being meat or fish dishes and the other half being vegetarian. Unfortunately they offer only a few, sometimes even only one, vegan option. The owner says, its too much effort for the kitchen to make vegan options, which I can't understand as "veganizing" a dish is no effort at all, or at least not more than making a vegetarian or meat dish. They also don't like to have more than 8 people at once booked for their tables, which I also can't understand as they have plenty of space.
The food in general is good and tasteful, but one might wonder why it only takes 5-10 mins after ordering to receive the meal, which indicates that they use microwaves to warm up already cooked meals. I understand that they have a massive amount of guests to serve, but for me, microwaves cleary should not be part of a professional kitchen.
This said I have to deduct one cow for the (partial) microwave food (which still tastes good but clearly is not top notch) and also one for the management not being able (or willing) to offer more vegan options and also not allowing bigger groups reserving tables.
low priced, fast serving, nice atmosphere
few vegan choices, microwave food, sometimes unfriendly waitresses
