We are always happy to find a place that has some different veg options while we are on the road, so we headed to Eduardo's for dinner last night.
The food was good enough. They offered most of their dishes with a vegetarian chicken substitute. I had the vegetarian tacos - they were supposed to have seasoned TVP but came with the vegetarian chicken instead. My boyfriend had the vegetarian chicken fajita's. Good - not great. The rice is not vegetarian, but the beans are. (It would have been nice if the waiter had volunteered this information after we'd both ordered vegetarian instead of my having to ask.)
The atmosphere was nice, but overall, we were under impressed. The service was very slow and they didn't appear to be that busy.
It was something different - which is nice when you're on the road.
The cost was mid-range for the quality of food and service. $40 for two meals and wine with each - no appetizers or deserts.
