Delicious and healthy

I would go here all the time if I lived in Burlington. Had an excellent "sushi bowl," "beet my ginger" juice and a raw peanut butter cup, all of which were delicious. Great place for vegans. Love that it is organic too.

Cornucopia of Choices

If I could create a menu, it would have categories similar to what Eco Bean and Juice has to offer. First point that I should make is the name.... it is kind of... lame, but do not let that keep you back. You will regret it! Second point that I will make is that this place is somewhat far from the main downtown area, so just recognize that is good and bad. It's good because parking is easy in the lot. It's bad because you miss the energy of a "bustling" downtown community.

Anyhow, onto the amazing offerings. Juices, juices and juices galore. So many choices, it's incredible. You can go with 12 oz. or 16 oz. - in my opinion, the price difference for this all-organic eatery really justifies going bigger. You'll be happy you did! Such flavor! They make their own almond and coconut milk here.

They also have smoothies galore - at least an extra 2-3 dozen "add ins" for various ailments and/or health benefits. Pretty cool! They make them as you order, so don't feel bad for changing it up - they don't mind at all. Bananas, berries, fruits, greens, protein, elixirs - whatever you want, it's here.

Other amazing category here: coffee, local coffee, delicious coffee for a juice bar! Everything I would want to eat and drink is here!

Finally, there is food. About half-a-dozen entree salads, remember which are generally raw, but with components like quinoa or vegan bacon, there is almost a default one should operate under in recognizing the entrees have some cooked items vs. the juices and smoothies will be raw (told them to hold the honey). The dressings have some nut-cream bases, but so good. Because this place is all organic, the prices are high. However, for the food, I feel portions of it could be more vegan-friendly (egg and cheese can be omitted, but.... just be all vegan??), but in general, huge portions in the salad entrees mean the price is well-justified. So much kale! Loved it!

Pros: Juice and smoothies, Coffee!!!, Coffee!!

Cons: Price, Hours too short, Reprimanded about snapping pics
