Not for vegans

They had 3 vegan options on the menu, one was fried rice and one was pumkin soup. I can't remember the other one, nothing special. Not to many choices, so we left. Disapointment, would love to contribute to a nice cause, but they do not really cater to vegans.

Cons: Not really catering to vegans

Really good food

I had a veggie burger and a smoothie with soy milk, asked specifically about getting without milk and it went fine! Really good food and ended up buying one of their wristbands to support the cause, ended up spending way too much money here because it was so good ❤️

You need to go if you're in Phnom Penh!

Modern western-style cafe with several vegetarian options including veggie burger, veggie curry and pasta.
They serve an all-day breakfast which includes muesli, avocado on toast and muffins!
The juices are delicious - so fresh. I can recommend the orange and passion fruit :)
Last but not least - the ladies working there are lovely: very friendly and a big smile on their faces.

I hope to go back during my stay in Phnom Penh!

Pros: Good range of food and drink options, Great staff!, Quality of the food

Cons: A bit pricier than other places in Phnom Penh

Good for omnis and vegetarians, not vegans

Staff are friendly and the atmosphere is nice. But, not much on the menu for vegans. A few things could be adaptable for sure but even like that it seemed pretty sparse. I had a smoothie, tea and an appetizer and it cost about 10$, quite expensive for a snack.

Oh and its 2019 and this place is still using plastic straws.

Pros: Good staff and atmosphere , Good smoothies

Cons: Expensive, Lack of good vegan items on the menu

Left... Unsatisfied.

There's a lot to say about this restaurant - first the good. The food is great, friendly and fast service, modern styling, banging tunes, it's a charity so you're doing some good for the community. BUT. If you're really hungry, you may leave unfulfilled, both dishes we ordered were quite small. I was able to count the amount of chips they had given me before my plate touched the table surface! Seven. Seven chips?! Yes, they're chunky but I think that's a bit stingy. My partner's vege curry was rather gourmet too, with plenty of rice but a small amount of actual curry. Small servings, quite expensive and a serious lack of vegan options.

Pros: Fast, friendly and efficient service,, Great, tasty food,, It's a charity!

Cons: Small portions, Lack of vegan and vegetarian options,, Expensive

western style NGO cafe

Connecting Hands Cafe is a training venue for a NGO assisting Cambodian women ... so please understand that there are often new staff without a cafe/restaurant background who are undergoing training ... the manager is very friendly and understands vegan and vegetarian dietary requirements ... the menu indicates vego choices (v=vegetarian & vg=vegan) ... there are lots of vego and vegan food options and the cafe is clean, nicely appointed, air-conditioned with free wifi ... smoothies are US$3.20 and a large serving of Vietnamese cold spring rolls US$5 ... while it's not the cheapest in Phnom Penh the quality and quantity of the food is excellent and you are supporting an NGO assisting Cambodian women

Pros: very clean, air-con, great food

Cons: not vegan

Cute, yummy, ethical ?

The menu marks what is vegetarian, but not what's vegan. Connecting Hands benefits women in a non-profit way. It's really cute on the inside. Dishes were $5-$6.
