Claudia is really a talented baker. She trained in London and in the US, and she has developed some scrumptious vegan recipes for her cupcakes. Due to lack of demand, she can only bake them upon reservation, but she can make them on the same day (morning to afternoon). I had mine baked for New Year's Eve: a delicate chocolate sponge, with two different frostings (dark chocolate and pistachio), and a clock-shaped sugar decoration. Absolutely outstanding, nobody could feel the difference from non-vegan ones.
