No vegan options - Edit
This was highly disappointing. I took a taxi over to try this place but then I was told everything contains dairy, there are no vegan options.

Highly disappointing - Edit
Came here especially, with high expectations as I find the vegan food options in The Philippines very limited. This place didn't live up to it...
Read moreJust a lame stand in a shopping mall, plastic chairs under TL light. Very VERY rude staff, not the least interested in helping you out with questions about which food options are vegan. Generally nothing vegan there, I had only one option, which was some burrito with popcorn (??) that I would've made 100 times better myself. Couldn't even finish it, so badly made. No dairy-free icecream available at all.
No idea why this is listed. Terrible.
Pros: There are no pros, all is terrrible
Cons: Only 1 vegan option (when I visited), Super rude staff, Terrible setting, shopping mall location

Wish I Could Bring Them With Me - Edit
Since I became a vegetarian nearly 3 years ago, I have cut out most fast food restaurants out of my regular diet since I’m typically limited to fries and a shake. But Chimara Feel Good Kitchen has nailed it and I wish I could bring them with me wherever I go.
Read moreLocated on the 4th floor of the Greenbelt Mall, it wasn’t too difficult to find the place. Their menu is simplistic and not overwhelming. You can choose between four hot dishes or four cold dishes. And each one you can decide if you want as a wrap or a salad.
With the heat index well above 100+ degrees outside, I opted for one of the cold dishes and chose the sesame tofu salad along with an I AM WISE smoothie.
The salad came with a side of dressing and was surrounded by 4 homemade tofu chips. I had never heard imagined of tofu chips before. Like tofu itself, they taste a bit bland with no flavor. I just dipped mine in some of the dressing and that seemed to do the trick. The salad itself was pretty tasty and healthy looking. I did wish it was just a little bit cooler, but I know the Manila heat takes that away from most cold things pretty quickly, even if you are inside.
I think my absolute favorite part of the meal was my I AM WISE smoothie. It’s mix of mango, apple, and tomato. It goes perfectly together. And it was so nice and refreshing. I tried so hard not to drink it all in one gulp.
Would I be back? Absolutely.

Its great, if you know what to order - Edit
Chimara started as a vegetarian restaurant and has progressed into serving a few seafood dishes.
Read moreI've been to this restaurant more than 40 times and brought more than 50 different friends here.
If you know what to order, the food is very good.
The meatless taco (minus the queso) is wonderful.
Also, the nutty bun sandwich is delightful.
If you like spicy food, the Wasabi Popcorn is intense and an incredible experience. The remainder of the food to too be desired. Also, be careful what to order.
There is some dishes with Crab in it. I got to find out the hard way.
Pros: taste of a few dishes, location
Cons: most of the dishes don't taste well, seafood products in some dishes

Yummy wraps, soy ice cream - Edit
There's a paper menu available that indicates which items contain dairy, fish ingredients. There are plenty of vegan options available, and you can mix and match some of the ingredients to design your own sandwich. I ordered the tofu pesto wrap, and it was awesome.
Read moreWe also got an order of green tea soy ice cream. A couple other flavors were available, and I noticed that they make vegan milkshakes with it. Prices were very reasonable. I'd happily go back.
Pros: Delicious, Reasonable prices, ICE CREAM
Cons: In a food court, Not vegan despite "neo-vegan" name

Multiple flavors of soy ice cream! - Edit
We stopped by this place last week which is in the upstairs cinema area of the mall. We tried the chocolate flavor soy ice cream which was very good. There were also strawberry and vanilla available.
Read moreAll the savory items are flagged as vegan, ovo, lacto, or "pesco" (!) vegetarian.
Pros: spacious dining area, vegan items well marked, out of the way location
