*name changed to Bumblebee farm & grocery recently

Was looking for something vegan out in the Gresham area, didn't feel like subway, and this was the closest place.
Little deli inside a small store. Fresh and organic options, but the menu is pretty small.

I think it consisted of "The Champion" sandwich or wrap, a couple meat sandwich/wrap options, a daily soup option, and maybe a salad?

Got the champion sandwich, (organic lettuce, tomato, avocado, carrots, red onion, sprouted sunflower seeds, balsamic vinegar and vegan mayo, all on I think a grand central sourdough bread. $7, but figured it might be a big sized sandwich? (turned out to be on the small side)

For .50 cents you can add some taco chips also.

Sandwich was decent, but a little more veggies would have been great. I'd be more inclined to visit again if, say you got a handful of taco chips and maybe a couple apple slices for $7.

Also, the people working there seemed to be hanging out in the back, and I wasn't sure if I was supposed to go knock and tell them I wanted to pay when I was done?

Pros: vegan in Gresham
Cons: smaller sandwich for $7

He probably changed the name because he is known around here as the guy who trapped his neighbor's dog and shot him. It was in the news.
