Nice place - Edit
Warm and cosy setting. Friendly, helpful staff. The vegan wet mix chai was nice. The 2 vegan menu options, potatoes or cauliflower were just fried chunks. The potatoes were a good price at $12 but $22 for the cauliflower, wasn't worth it. I thought at the least it needed cucumber and tomato. It needed some saucy, healthiness. More colour and flavour. It was served with a hard piece of bread, which to me, didn't work. It was too fried and more like an entree to share than a meal.

Fabulous Fig - Edit
Enjoyed our experience at the Fig. The service was faultless. They were strictly following Covid requirements, and were pretty full when we arrived following density limits and all staff wearing masks.
Read moreThe options were interesting on the menu, and I noticed a few of the specials were also vegan.
My breaded cauliflower on sourdough was tasty, served with a garlicky sauce and avocado. Although for $18, a bigger serving size would have been appreciated.
Great service, amazing food. I'd go back to try the salads which looked lovely.

Delicious vegan options - Edit
There were two vegan options on the menu (the whole menu was less than 10 dishes) and the kitchen was happy to alter other dishes as well.
Read moreCoffee was good, service was lovely and the cafe itself was nice, especially the backyard.

Limited options - Edit
Ate here in January 2019. Food options for vegans very limited to be honest but I managed a salad and some wholegrain bread.

Imaginative salads - Edit
This is no longer a pastry lovers heaven. The best vegan / vegetarian option is a mix of the salads of the day. It can be cramped. And it's not open in the early part of the week.

Yum as!! - Edit
What a cute cafe, they have an outdoor courtyard and cosy seats inside! So many options for vegetarians, basically everything on the menu is! and even a few vegan and gluten free options, the lovely waitresses told me the scrambled tofu is vegan and can be made gluten free when you add their house made gluten free bread. Also if you're just a vegetarian you have to try all of their amazing croissants, best you'll find in Australia.
