This is the most exciting restaurant I have visited in Jamaica. The chef creates magic with his ingredients. His "spaghetti" is strips of unripe coconut that has the consistency of noodles. "Scrambled" almonds are great. He is constantly experimenting with new dishes so there is a pretty standard menu each month with new creations on a regular basis. This is a "must-visit" for anyone looking for some flavor in Jamaica.
