Great breakfast! - Edit
Went to Adam’s for breakfast. They had multiple vegan options on the menu that I didn’t see online. I opted for the vegan waffle (delicious!) and they made me some vegan potatoes. They had a fresh juice of the day, which was incredible and a selection of vegan pastries. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.

we went as a bachelorette party of 9 for breakfast to fuel our fun-filled day! one amongst our group made the booking, and she said it was pretty simple! they had the community table laid out for us when we got there! our server was very sweet and knowledgable and was more than able to answer everyone's questions. there were sweet and savory options for vegans, so there was plenty to choose from!
Read morei got the huevos rancheros, which was really well seasoned and light but also filling and delicious. my only qualm is that my tortilla was left in a bit longer than the other of the same order we had for the table, so it was a bit burnt, but it didn't take away from the flavor so i don't mind. our server was also able to very easily bring me a side of red chile as well (i love it my chile christmas style).
i also saw a drink on the menu that sounded tasty, but i don't drink coffee. she was very easily able to make it a tea latte. plenty of non-dairy milks to choose from!
overall, very quaint place, lovely service, and yummy food!

Yummy bfast - Edit
We went as a group of 9, reserved booking, so got lots of food and it was all really amazing. 3 vegans, 1 vegetarian, the staff were really knowledgeable about the options available. I got the huavos rancheros which was really good (super filling) and the others got the same and the french toast (a small portion but yummy). The side of potatoes has milk in but the woman was more than happy to offer a vegan potato side not on the menu. Really lovely staff!

Not bad - Edit
This is actually the only restaurant I’ve come across to have a Vegan French Onion Soup. It was pretty good, I probably would’ve preferred it without the vegan cheese topping but overall it was tasty. Their waffles were pretty okay, but I was just happy to see quite a few vegan options.

I had pretty high expectations based on the reviews but didn’t think the food lived up to the hype.

Love! - Edit
I really enjoy adams mountain cafe for a good, filling, vegan breakfast. My favorite is the sesame crusted tofu, I usually get the vegan huevos rancheros or a waffle with the tofu on the side. It can be on the pricier side but it’s well worth it. There are quite a few vegan options and I love the coffee and tea options as well.

I used to work here so I have eaten my fair share of items from Adam’s. I never got tired of it and the atmosphere is unbeatable. My faves are the charred cauliflower, buddha bowl, and senegalese veggies. You can’t beat the vegan donuts and scones on the weekends!

Delicious vegan options - Edit
Very tasty! My mom and I got both lunch and dinner here, which were great. Ethos and ambience was great, but the food was a bit pricey—for example, the Senegalese vegetable dish (so good—highly recommended) was priced at $16, but to add tofu, a main part of the dish (or chicken for that matter), the price rose to $22. We also had the cauliflower tacos, which were good but not mind blowing, the quinoa bowl, which was delicious and flavorful (the cashews were a big hit), the aforementioned Senegalese vegetables (the sauce was SO GOOD), and the Thai vegetables, which were, like the Senegalese, over udon noodles (they could’ve used a bit more sauce but were still very tasty). Overall very good experience!

We loved Adams Mountain cafe when we were visiting Colorado Springs! They have many vegan options, all marked on the menu. Everything is made fresh and it is soo good! They rotate the menu, but have some staples. Everything we tried was amazing (see photos)! Highly recommend checking out if you’re in the area!

Solid Vegan Options - Edit
I've been a few times for lunch. Service is hit or miss. I've had some pretty righteous vegan meals here though.
Read moreHuevos Rancheros, made vegan, blew my socks right off! Deliciousness in every bite! May be the best I've had, so an extra star for that!
I tried an orange bundt cake that was divine.
The TLT is ok, just check that vegan mayo... Mine tasted suspicious once (like it was past the expiration).
I like that they incorporated some vegan options into their menu, and I love that they prepare them so well. I'd certainly return.

A friend and I stopped here for a late lunch recently, and we both loved it. There was a wait for a table, but we were able to sit at the bar and had great service there, even if the food took a while to get to us. After mulling over various options, we both opted for the Senegalese Vegetables--mine with rice, hers with noodles (she thought the rice looked better)--with sesame tofu. Delicious. For dessert, my vegan apple spice cake with cashew cream was divine. The place was super cute inside, and my friend enjoyed the unique cocktail menu. We both agreed we'd definitely go back next time we're in the area.

This is a great place to stop when you have to drive the I-25 corridor. Can get to Adam's, without getting into downtown Manitou traffic. Their food is really good and seems all fresh and made there. Lots of vegan options with Tofu (love having actual protein in my food). Great vegan bakery and cakes, but they can run out of the bakery stuff by end of brunch Sunday! Call ahead to make a reservation on the weekend. Happy that they are doing the social distancing and masking again, since the increase in COVID numbers.

Really great food, quality ingredients. For vegans they have a lot of options and you can tell its made from scratch. It's one of my favorite spots if I'm to go out. Super cute inside as well since remodeling. If you're in Old CO or Manitou, definitely give them a try.

Stopped in for lunch before hitting the road to Denver, and what a relaxing, delicious experience it was! I wasn't sure what to expect from the outside, but the place is beautifully decorated and staff were running a tight ship regarding Covid restrictions (social distancing, mask wearing, sanitizer, etc). They made us feel welcome and really safe. We (one vegan and one vegetarian) ordered the vegan french toast and huevos rancheros (sub tofu for eggs) to share, and both were delicious. The atmosphere was quiet and romantic, and a nice added touch were the living potted plants on each table. Would definitely come back!!

Good food but not many vegan options - Edit
The vegan food they do have is good, not amazing but it’s definitely a nice spot to take visiting friends and family that aren’t vegan. They sometimes have vegan pastries/donuts or a seasonal vegan entree. Wish they had more like tofu scramble or some more vegans breakfast food which is hard to find in this area.

Food was good, service...meh. - Edit
This was our second trip to Adam’s. Our first experience was a few years ago and I remember it was pleasant and that I enjoyed my meal. This time the food was good, but the wait is very looooooooong. Do not have plans just before going here. It’s not a wise decision. We waited nearly an hour for our food. Then, I asked for salsa for my tacos and chips and was told I would be charged an additional $2.50 for a small dip size cup of salsa. Who serves tacos and chips dry? This made no sense. Needless to say, between the almost hour wait and then to have dry tacos and chips, I wasn’t overly thrilled.
Read morePros: 50% of menu is vegetarian, They do have a few vegan dishes
Cons: They charge you for condiments!!!, Extremely slow, Parking is difficult to find when they are busy.
