Review: I was a regular customer at this place, and I've just had it! Is there no one in charge anymore? This place used to be well run, but now its gone to the dogs! The food has made the same drastic turn. My last two visits we waited a very long time for our meals, they were cold when they arrived, they were missing items from when we have had them before, and the service is awful! I'm the first person to defend a new restaurant, but what has happened here is very sad. I won't be back and would not suggest this place to anyone!
Pros: Great Location * Visually Stimulating decorations *
Cons: No Managment anymore * Bad Service * Food not as discribed |

Review: I used to love this place, but after my last visit I'm not so sure anymore. I ordered vegan "huevos" rancheros and it came back smothered in cheese. I asked to please take it back and get me one with no animal products. When the second plate came out there was egg mixed in with the tofu (easy to tell as there was yolk). At that point I did not want anything else, and the waitress was very nice about taking it back. Still I wanted the manager to know about this, but his reaction was only to tell me that I was wrong(!!!) and that there was no egg in it. How would he know? He didn't even see it. I am really disappointed and still wondering how this could happen. It just feels so much like someone in the kitchen was angry, and trying to get back at me for complaining... This was my worst experience ever when it comes to ordering a vegan meal. Applebee's tries to be more accomodating, and they don't even have vegan options listed. I will still give them some points as my previous visits were really good, but this was probably my last one:(
Pros: big vegetarian/vegan selection * cool place *
Cons: animal products in vegan meal * bad service (from the kitchen) * condescending manager |

Review: This is a great place for brunch on weekends or great food all around. They have lots of vegetarian and vegan offerings, great service and amazing beers. Try the seitan wings or the vegetarian "pulled pork" sandwich. The portabella reuben is very tasty. The theme is comfort food, sort of southern cooking and a weird gas-station decor. For your non-vegetarian friends, they also have some of those options so everybody is happy.
Pros: great food * lots of options * atmosphere
Cons: * * |
