	Review: I bought a few dishes in this place and stayed just across the street at Hotel Klee (which if you're looking for a place to stay in Montevideo it's an amazing value). I was astounded by the amount of food which I bought and how little it cost me - there were prepared noodle dishes with seitan and veggies, a vegan ravioli, and a stuffed veggie bun. All of the food was really good. There are other veg restaurants in Montevideo, but after eating at a few buffets in Buenos Aires I wanted something a little different and Bambu was great. Eat here before you eat at one of the restaurants - if you don't mind that you can't eat in the place.   Pros: great food * selection * location Cons: hours * *

	Review: We were looking for Bambu thinking it was a restaurant, but really it's a natural food store with one counter display of prepared foods (baked goods and entrees). Many of those were vegan. My favorite was a hearty-looking muffin--I can't remember what it was called, but it was satisfying and delicious. The staff was really nice and helpful. Bambu is also one of the only places to buy peanut butter in Uruguay. :) It's only one block from Avenida 18 de Julio, the main drag, so it's very easy to get to.   Pros: Healthy food * Friendly staff * Good selection Cons: Not open late * *
