I go there for 2 nearly years and the quality is always very good. The staff is always friendly and helpful with vegan food questions. The bakery has always some vegan options like cherry cake for example. Price is okay for a health store.
Pros: excellent food, friendly staff, vegan optionsAlnature Organic stores exist across Germany, predominantly the south. This one just happens to be the one we used to visit most often.
Note that these are stores that offer organic goods - they are in no way inherently vegetarian or vegan. But they tend to label foods well, and have a good selection of veggie foods, vegan-labelled household cleaners, etc (and of course organic veg).
For day-to-day shopping, you can get most of what you need there, supplemented a bit with online ordering :)
