"Large diversity in one shop!"   My Rating

	Review: Friends of the easrth (FOE) serves lunch around midday which is around $6 for a small plate and $8 for a large. Always vegetarian, just need to ask for vegan only. It is a mixed plate usually 2 warm dishes and 2 salad dishes. There are also many deserts and some are gluten free and vegan, ingredients are shown next to the item. There is also a well stocked mostly organic Co-Op and fresh produce. Nuts, grains, oils, herbs, spices, pasta, teas and coffee and packaged products too. Also at the front of the shop are many items that are recycled and locally made stationary, clothes, books and other items. One of my favourite places and the place I choose to eat my lack meal in melbourne before i left the country. The chefs are voluntary and dishes can be quite diverse but are always quite delicious and creative.   Pros: Vegan options * deserts * chocolates Cons: not open sundays * *

	Review: The lunch plate is excellent! It tastes good, and fills your belly. They also have delicious cakes and they have coffee. Good place to have a healthy cheap lunch. Also have a good selection of grocery items, literature and clothing. And proceeds go to a good cause!   Pros: good value for money * organic * wholesome food Cons: * *
