Jenny's Lunch Line offers a limited soup, salad and sandwich menu that changes daily. They always have a Vegan option for both soup and salad, but once they run out for the day, they are out.
The food is very good. Last time I went, I had an excellent broccoli slaw and a bowl of lentil soup.
Pros: Always a Vegan Option, Quick, TastyJenny's Lunch Line is a good idea, fast and you can select how many items you want to eat to make it a small or large lunch. However, the food was very plain, not tasty, all the options other than the soups were cold (or room temperature, which is still cold), and for a medium size lunch and a water I payed 13$ which I thought was high. The place is nice inside and has a patio... that was nice.
Jenny's is a great spot for lunch in downtown Boise. They always have vegetarian options and usually vegan choices as well.
