	Review: I've only recently become vegan so I was a little nervous going to Figtree's, which was one of my favorite places for weekend brunch as a meat-eater. I was pleasantly surprised to find multiple vegetarian and vegan options on the menu. I ordered a big veggie burrito that was served with a side salad. The waiter was both knowledgeable and accommodating when I asked about ingredients and substitutions. They have tofu, soy milk, and soy cheese. Excellent food. Excellent service. Great beach-front location.   Pros: yummy food * good location * friendly service Cons: parking sucks * bit crowded * cold outside in winter!

	Review: Was last here in September 2007. While Figtree is not 100% vegetarian, it is a place to sit down, enjoy the sea view, and get a bite. The menu offers a few vegetarian dishes, fewer vegan, but one can ask for alterations. For breakfast, we've had the veggies omelette, cornmeal pancake with apple butter, and tofu rancheros. For lunch we've had a couple of the veggie sandwiches. Food is decent. Prices are around $11+ per dish. Get here before 9am and breakfast is 1/2 off.   Pros: * * Cons: * *
