OMG DELICIOUS!

One of the best vegetarian restaurants in all of LA! I have been to nearly all and this place is in the top two for sure. All of the entrees are very good; the vegan pepper steak and soy chicken are especially tasty. The downside is that they don't put enough veggie protein/faux meat portions in each dish considering the price. They could take a lesson from Kung Pao Bistro (in W. Hollywood) in protein portions. However, Vegan Factory is excellent in flavor!

Pros: amazing flavor
Cons: not enough protein portions

We love to get this food to go. We love the factory salad with peanut dressing and the spicy factory noodles with chicken nugget. They also have great lunch specials. Edward James Olmos sometimes eats here.

Amazing!

My boyfriend and I tried out the Vegan factory for dinner. I had heard about it on this site and love thai food so decided to give it a whirl. Not only was the food amazing, but even my boyfriend, the BIGGEST meat lover I know said that it was great! He also said, and I quote, "if you keep bringing me to places this great I might give up meat too!" That made me so happy! All in all, a great place. Fast service, great food and low prices. A great restaurant for someone looking to make an easy-transition into the vegetarian/vegan lifestyle. Their soy meats are so great. You can barely tell the difference! Enjoy!

Pros: excellent food, healthy food, great value

WOW!

I just had to review this place again, I have gone more times then I can count, even my non-veg friends come here without complaint...you really can't go wrong, everything is incredible, we have never had anything we wouldn't recomend...make the trip you won't be sorry

Review:6/18/07- This is my new favorite restaurant. From the calming Zen like atmosphere and the friendly staff, to the amazing food and huge portions, there is nothing about this place I wouldn't recommend. I went for my 30th Birthday today and as soon as you walk in you feel welcome. I had the lunch special with Miso Soup, Spicy Eggplant w/tofu, Steamed Brown Rice, Mixed green & Herb salad, and a summer roll all for only 6.95 amazing amazing amazing...the dressing on the salad was really good though no clue what it was. My Mom tried the Pepper steak wrap and cucumber salad...The cucumber salad was spicy and sweet and oh so fresh, the wrap was good, but the real star of the meal was the Chicken Satay we shared, when you go here you MUST try it, served with a peanut dipping sauce and oh so scrumptious. There was not a mouthful that I didn't thoroughly enjoy...Please go out and support this place we want it around for a looooong time. I plan to go back next week when my friends take me out for my birthday...

Pros: Amazingly Friendly Staff, Outrageously Delicious, Great Value

Good choice when in the area

4 Posted on 12 / 22 / 2007

Was here in December 07. My husband and I each ordered a lunch special for only $7 each. Each lunch meal included a small soup, a main dish, side salad, and a fried spring roll. The portion was fair, and food tasted good. Causal vibe. Thai pop music played in the background.

The menu here is very similar to most of the other Thai veggie restaurants in greater LA. Quite extensive.

Pros: has parking lot, food tastes good, inexpensive

Authentic Thai Food made VEGAN

5 Posted on 09 / 10 / 2007

Vegan Factory's food is wonderful! The food is satisfying without the heavy feeling of consumption after the meal. As a person who cooks Thai food at home, it is wonderful to eat at Vegan Factory as the food is cooked like home-made Thai food without the meats and seafood. I recommend Vegan Factory to any food lover as meat lovers will enjoy the food as much as the Vegans. There are also wonderfully tasting dishes to satisfy the American palate as well.

Pros: Excellent Food, Healthy, Good Variety
