Review: My husband and I and our four children were obviously interrupting a conversation between the server and her co-worker when we arrived... and with obvious distain, she sat us. It took 15 minutes for her to take our order, and another 35 minutes to receive four of our six entrees. Two of our children did not have their meals, so we had to wait 15 minutes more (as our dishes were getting cold) until their simple kids dishes came out from the kitchen. We were the ONLY ones in the restaurant at 6:30 on a Wednesday night. Now I see why. Terrible service. Burnt food. How can you burn a vegetable? (ha!) We had to go to her to get her to come refill our drinks, and then had to get up from the table and go to the bar for our check where she glared at us for doing so. Then she had the audacity to charge us 15% gratuity because we had six people. No service, a two hour nightmare, and she wanted a 15% tip? We paid it just to get out of there and not make a scene in front of our kids (who were really bewildered at the horrible treatment). So my advice is steer WAY CLEAR from this "restaurant". I am hoping they close down so we can get someone better in there (as this is a great location to live, just lacking professional restaurant people with some pride in what they do).

Review: May 22:
8.14pm - I enter the empty Bamboo Garden place .. look for someone to get me a table
8.15pm .. I am standing at the entrance waiting eagerly for someone to respond. Waitresses are walking past. I seem invisible. My noises are inaudible.
8.20pm .. I am still standing.
8.25pm .. I am still standing. Waitresses still walking by.
8.26pm .. I depart.

What an exhilarating sense of loss of Ego! Thank you Bamboo Garden!

Sorry I cannot comment on the food you serve; I just never got a chance to taste it.
