	Review: My boyfriend and I stopped here while driving through Saarbrucken. The menu is pretty big, but most of the items aren't vegan. One cool thing they have is that you can make your own baked dish by choosing potatoes, rice, or pasta, with a choice of vegetables and sauces. I ordered pasta with tomato sauce, broccoli, and olives. They messed up the order and gave me cauliflower instead of broccoli, but it was still good. My boyfriend had the seitan steak, which was big, and came with fries and a salad. His meal was very good. Mine was pretty simple, but good (and much cheaper than his).   Pros: Seitan * design-your-own dish * atmosphere Cons: messed up order * limited vegan options *

	Review: Visited here when in saarbrucken for 1 day. When we asked for an English menu the owner apologised for not having one and then spent the next 30 mins translating the whole menu for us. It was great to experience his passion for the food he was creating, pointing out that it was largely homemade, including their own meat substitute (saitan). We really enjoyed the meal which came in monster sized portions!   Pros: * * Cons: * *

	Review: went here several times while working in ramstein. well worth the 30 minute drive! amazing, whimsical murals cover the walls. patio seating. huge menu. lots of seitan options. my favorite dish was the warm potato "salad" in a creamy parsley sauce. it's served over cool greens which makes for a nice contrast. (sorry can't remember the german menu name for it!) nice dessert menu. friendly, english speaking staff. would definitely recommend! can't wait to go back!   Pros: atmosphere * * Cons: none * *
