	Review: I learned about Zen Zero here and stopped in during a visit to Vancouver Island earlier this year. The varied menu offers many tasty and healthy options served up by friendly and helpful folks. Prices were competitive for what you are getting though not well suited for tight budgets. Beyond the food, Zen Zero also seems to be *the* community hub for Veg*n folks in the area. The central location is just a couple of minutes walk from Edible Island natural foods or pretty much anywhere else in delightful downtown Courtenay. Zen Zero is one of the nicest places in this wonderful town and gorgeous region - definitely consider stopping by if you can!   Pros: Healthy Food * Friendly Staff * Central Location Cons: Limited inexpensive options * Not best for large groups *
