	Review: Silvio's is fantastic! The people are so, so, so friendly and accommodating. They always have a vegan pizza available for pizza-by-the-slice. One time I went there and they had just run out of their vegan pizza, so they asked me exactly what I'd like on mine, and that was the very next pizza they made! Their potato bread (sold Thursdays) is amazing!!! Their salads are divine. Seriously -- their house salad has beets, artichoke hearts, olives... Amazing! Their soups are tasty too (though a little oily sometimes). Best of all, they are just super, super nice there.   Pros: Fast * delicious food * lots of organic Cons: * *

	Review: Silvio's has the best, I repeat, THE BEST vegan pesto in the world. You can get vegan pesto pizza there (just say you'd like to replace reg. pesto with vegan pesto), and just plain vegan pesto pasta. It's amazing. They also have very good regular vegan pizza also, where they substitute tofu for cheese. This place has truly authentic italian pizza, and is definitely worth trying out. And, Silvio is always there cooking...He's an italian genious! Don't believe any bad reveiws! =)   Pros: * * Cons: * *

	Review: Wildly inventive topping combinations and a range of pizzas-by-the-slice at lunch. Heralded as authentic Italian by those who should know, the textures and combinations at Silvio's are at times little strange for American palates. Calzones in particular are made with an unusually toothsome dough. Very solicitous counter staff.   Pros: Very nice staff * Points for creativity * Cons: Not enough vege slices * Smallish portions * No "presentation"
