Organic, vegan, vegetarian, macrobiotic, gluten-free, sugar-free products, natural cleaning products and toiletries, pet food, and organic, supplements, beauty products, and books. From main exit of Centrale station there is a big square in front, take the street in the far right corner. From there Via Gustavo Fara is the 2nd left. more-less

Natura Si, Milano Centrale

This health food shop is pretty handy for the Central station in Milan. It's part of a nationwide chain and pretty big as most health food shops go. Not 100% vegetarian but it does stocl all the usual sort of stuff that would be expected in a health food shop.

Pros: Handy for Central station
Cons: Not 100% vegetarian
