They carry veganaise, canned veggie cocktail dogs, as well as veggie chicken nuggets..etc. The staff is very friendly. Great place to stop by every once in awhile to pick up a few items (: not that far from me too.
Pros: friendly staff, many vegetarian foodsThis store has dozens of kinds of textured soy products - canned, frozen, refrigerated and dried. They also sell other nutritional supplements. The variety is really nice as I can substitute the soy products for meat in any recipe. Now that the weather is warmer one of my favorite lunches is to make "chicken" salad and serve it on rye or multi-grain crackers. Yummy!
