	Review: I worked here- most things were from a can or came in frozen. Sure everyone likes the bland salty flavor of the soups and stir frys (notice the veggies are all nicely cut-uh hum... previously frozen) The only fresh ingredients are in the fresh salads, whether they're organic or not is questionable. 	Review: You have to take Sunflower Cafe for what it is- a cafeteria inside a grocery store! That being said, the food is good and the price is better. A filling bowl of curried vegetables on rice can be had for $3.50, and there are plenty of other choices as well. Obviously a cafeteria inside a grocery store isn't the place to go for a fancy meal out, but if you're going shopping at Community Natural Foods anyways (and you should- it's great!), Sunflower Cafe is a great lunch choice.   Pros: Excellent value. * Convenient - eat then shop! * Friendly atmosphere. Cons: Menu could vary more from day to day. * *

	Review: I think the Sunflower cafe is great! It is not a restaurant feel though if that is what you are looking for you will not be happy here. It is a buffet style where your plate is weighed. I always find that the dishes compliment each other and they are always fresh. There is nothing like a big mountain of veggie delights with a warm samosa on top! Slightly expensive, but worth it.   Pros: excellent food * healthy cuisine * Cons: small * noisy *
