A slice of Daily Bread

Daily Bread stocks a great variety of goods and many vegan items.
It was my first visit to a 'health food' shop since turning vegan and I kept going back and forth, discovering different things! Fortunately it's nice and spacious, so we weren't getting in anyone's way.
I used their online price-list to make a shopping list and unfortunately they no longer seemed to stock several items I'd noted down. Still a good trip though and nice not to have to go right into the busy city centre!
They had a nice large section of toiletries and baby products - definately going there for baby stuff if/when I ever need it!! ;-)

Pros: Spacious & Airy, Parking, Friendly
Cons: Price/stock list not current

Wonderful out-of-the-way health food shop

This health food shop is awesome. Not ideally situated, but has its own small car park which is never full. They sell a large range of vegan and organic food, household items and gifts, including quite a selection of baby items. The staff will always help you if an item you're looking for is not out on the shelves. They sell some pretty obscure vegan items but also your typical "health food" fare, for example herbs and spices, milk alternatives and dried fruit.

Pros: Helpful, friendly staff, Healthy and ethical, Lots of parking
Cons: Out-of-the-way for most people
