Info: Serves meat, veg options available. Veg food, poultry, and fish. Lunchtime meal is simple. Closed Sunday. Directions: From San Juan, take Route 1 South to Caguas (20 minutes), at the main fountain known as "the Indian Lady," turn left for 1 block (court house on right), then right 2 blocks and left into La Salud. The stop is worthwhile because in another 15 minutes, you can be in the mountains by taking superhighway 52 to scenic Guavate and into the heart-stopping Panoramic Route. Cash only. Price: Inexpensive.

Review: Unfortunately, there's no substantive comment I can provide on this eating establishment! However, much to my dismay, I can say that it is closed on Sundays! The fact that it's noted as vegan, what a plus though!?!!
