	Review: I would like to acknowledge that this locally owned establishment lives up to its name by seeding the idea to eat well in the common persons recipe book. By providing low cost healthful alternatives for your food and personal care needs they meet the demands of the local need.   Pros: Nice staff * Queit and calm atmosphere * Yummy samples Cons: Limited organic options * *
