Buffet is nice and they will customize for you
Posted on 08 / 26 / 2008while it's a bit spendy, it's easy to get lots of great veg*n sushi here. They will customize a bit if you ask - though there are plenty of things on the menu that already fit the bill.
We usually get the rainbow, dragon, a custom veggie tempura roll, and cucumber, avocado slim rolls, salt and pepper tofu (jalapeno), and wakame salad.
The weekday lunch buffet prices are the lowest, it's quite a bit more during the evenings.
Cons: A little pricey - but sushi usually is.
