	Review: We buy most of our produce and bulk products here (grains, nuts, spices). Almost everything is organic and the produce is fresh. The store is only opened on Thurs, Fri and Saturday. Staff are a pleasure to deal with as is Deb the owner. Prices are decent for organic products. We're lucky to have True Foods in Fredericton. Besides the (Boyce) Market this is the place to go for produce. The Boyce Market is on Saturdays only.   Pros: Quality & Variety * Organic * Friendly Staff Cons: Only opened 3 days per week * *
