Review: When we were there (at the buffet), we saw rice, salad, some yogurt dessert- all in all, around 4 options for the vegan (so no dessert for us). We found the food not as spicy as most Indian places in Asia (Singapore, possibly Thailand as well). We liked the food. 15.90 CND all in all (the two of us got the buffet option). Free plain water.

Review: Very reasonably priced delicious buffet. If you order off the menu, we recomment the masala dosa which is a long(twice as big as you expect) rice crepe filled with delicious paneer cheese, and you get a small side bowl of dhal with it. The first time we went there we ordered off the menu and had some lovely chapatis. The next time, we went for the buffet, they remembered us and brought us fresh chapatis, when other tables only received nan bread, how nice! I have paid more than twice($17-$18) as much for the buffet in other Winnipeg Indian restauraunts and the only difference is that in the more expensive restauraunts - samosas, and a desert(rice pudding, greasy sugar rings, indian \"fudge\") that I am always too full to eat are included. And the more expensive restauraunts never include fresh flat breads(but Pujab Sweet House does), only lentil crackers. So you are better off to go to the buffet at Punjab Sweet house and if you have any room left, order samosas or pick some sweets to take home.

Pros: wonderful food * fast friendly service * great value
Cons: decor * noisy children *
