	Review: I used to go to Soba TEN every week to have dinner as I loved it. So I missed it when I went away to study abroad. I came home for the 2008 Stampede, and of course went to Soba TEN, looking forward to the Japanese soba noodle that I really loved. And I found out that it was terrible!!! The taste really changed. When I asked the waitress if the owner changed, she said "no". I asked her to make another bowl of soup because it is not up to my taste, she brought the Japanese owner. To my surprise, instead of making a new bowl of soup, he flatly told me if I had a problem with the soup he served, then something is wrong with me. I am Japanese; my hometown, Nagano, is famous for soba noodle! It was not edible! Struck by his rude & aggressive attitude, my husband and I were looking at the soup when waitress came to take the trays away. Then she came with the bill and asked us to pay the full amount of our order that we did not even consume. I asked her if the owner was not ashamed to do this, to which she replied, the owner said we must pay in full. We did not want to deal with the crazy owner, so we paid the amount and left the restaurant immediately. I think that recent negative reviews of this restaurant are accurate. I wish if I had checked this website before I went back to that restaurant!   Pros: none * * Cons: poor * bad * terrible

	Review: I just recently attended Soba Ten. It was by the far the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Expect to wait 25 minutes for a glass of water and a tea. In fact I never go to eat because I waited over an hour. The only time you would get servce to ask a question is in between the owner/manger and waitresses smoke break.
