	Review: Pie Zanos has a wonderful build your own pizza bar with lots of nice toppings such as kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, and tofu. Their crust is vegan although they don't have any vegan cheese. They can also make a flavored soy latte. The pizzas are a little pricey but worth it.   Pros: delicious * lots of vegan options * nice location Cons: expensive * *

	Review: I love PieZano's because they custom-build every individual-sized pizza to your order, and they have dozens of toppings (including tofu). They now also carry gluten-free dough, which is a helpful option. The owner is a really nice guy, and I am pleased to see a fun, locally-owned business doing well.
