Their vegan wilted spinach pizza is unlike any pizza I've ever eaten. It's topped with loads of spinach, carrots, and caramelized onions. Instead of the traditional marinara or pesto, it's topped with a very flavorful ginger sauce. It's a pizza with an asian bent, and the fire roasted crust is the perfect backdrop for the flavors. I also had a cup of the vegan soup of the day, Asian Vegetable, and it was quite nice with hints of ginger. The restaurant itself is part used bookstore, gift shop, and coffee shop. I'll definitely hit it again the next time I'm in Fairfield!

This is a thriving meeting place in Fairfield, a bookstore/giftstore cum sandwich shop and pizza place. Soups, salads, sandwiches, and pizza. The pizza, made in a wood-fired oven, is excellent. They also serve some meat. The serve organic coffee and some other organic selectons.

The staff is unfailingly helpful, friendly, and courteous. This is the place to go in Fairfield.
