	Review: This is a mom & pop lunch place with a set menu each day. Mrs. Mohan is the cook and she says she prepares food ayurvedically. This bring customers from the nearby Maharishi University of Management, many of whom follow ayurveda. You will have a choice of a light, standard, or full meal; or can order the curries of the day a la carte. The meals usually consist of a dahl-type dish, rice, one vegetable, some sort of Indian bread, samosa or other savory, lassi, and dessert. No substitutions. Everything is served in styrofoam 'to-go' containers with plastic utensils. You can have your meal on a paper plate, but it will cost you 50¢ more. Some of the curries are tasty. However, I find most of the food bland, starchy, and incredibly dulling - way more than other Indian food. I never feel good when I eat here. The only employees are the Mohans. I suspect they believe that cleaning is beneath their caste because I cannot find evidence that any surface has seen the wet side of a sponge. Whatever the reason, the restaurant is filthy. The tables are covered with oilcloth tablecloths, sticky with age and grime. And the used styrofoam containers overflow the trash barrel, in full view of all the diners. You will be tempted by the amazing smells that waft into the street. Don't succumb. Go to Gupta's or the India Cafe instead.   Pros: Vegetarian * Inexpensive * Cons: Plan to sleep after your meal * Dirty *
