Notes for those arriving by private car
Posted on 10 / 14 / 2012Probably the most useful thing we can advise in our review is how to get there. If you're coming by your own private vehicle, please note that Jln Surapati is a very busy street. You have to make sure you're in the correct portion of the street--they have an island in the middle so if you're destination is on one side, you have to be on that side of the island, else you'll find yourself traveling the whole length of the long road till you can make a U turn.
That said--the food is not as good as other LH's I've been to. They had an item which was called omelot--more like a burrito, but not bad at all. Noodles were all right. Potato wedges (side dish) were a paltry few.
Pros: good omelot, an original dish in BaliCons: difficult to get to by private car
when I visited Loving Hut Denpasar, I didn't find any mock meats there and even they serve any kind of organic salads. Yes, some are deep fried, those are for the beginner vegans who are in transition. I hope Loving Hut would be able to create more menu of raw organic salad and more people become vegan.
