Has lots of engredients for good and healthy salads you can mix yourself, two soups, pastas, some tortillas with eggs, postres. Juices are not natural. the choise is poorer than in most of chinese take-away places, but every dish is available until the end of the working hours. We enjoyed it.
The price is 57 pesos including unlimited beverages. Herbal tea options too.

Actually, buffet price costs 42 pesos and it is reasonable, since it includes beverages and desserts too. Great variety of hot dishes, like tartes and pasta, as well as salads and vegetables.
Pros: healthy cuisine, good price, friendly staffWe had lunch here last monday and just made it before they closed around 3 PM. You pay 29 pesos a person when you enter and from there on it's all you can eat. Started out with a very light 'Sopa Borsch' followed by some salad from the salad bar and some of the main dishes 'Pastel de Puerros','Apio con Hinojo' and 'Quiche de Repollo'. Although it was very colourful and filling we kinda missed a bit of flavour since it all tasted not spicy and besides salt the Argentinians don't seem to add anything else to their food. But all in all a great place to go in an overall meat orientated country.

The first time we went there were several vegan options, the second time didn't seem to be as many. I was still fed well though. My husband, who speaks Spanish, says that the jello looking dessert was of the cow hoof variety. I think he asked. All in all it was a nice place to sit down and eat.

Pros: locationI have been three times to Argentina in the last 5 years and have eaten at Granix each time. It has always had a very good variety of both self-service savoury dishes and desserts and found that because there were so many options I usually left not needing any later meal for those days. The last visit was in early last month (June) and would always recommend it. It is reliably 100% vegetarian.
Pros: Consistent, Good Food, CentralGranix, down town BA, is a thrill. Abundant buffets, good food, great choice and very decent prices: End November 2007 25 pesos for lunch that is € 5.50. Try to get that in Europe and tell me the spot!

There's a big selection of food here--salads, soups, main dishes, deserts. A lot of stuff is ovo-lacto, though vegans can find some good finds too. A few foods that are not typically encountered by "Norteamericanos" were in the buffet, including cooked breadfruit. There were abundant pasta and rice dishes. The food wasn't particularly spicy...that's probably the biggest disadvantage...and dinner hours might be nice too.
Pros: big selection, some unusual dishes, good locationThere are 2 sections to the restaurant; all you can eat for 20 pesos, and a takeout area where food is sold by weight. If you take out, there are no tables anywhere nearby to sit and eat. The buffet includes salad, entrees, dessets and drinks. I found the food to be lacking in flavor and the price is high for Buenos Aires, but a good value if you eat a lot. I don't think they add any salt during cooking. The dining room is large, nice and air conditioned. Located in a shopping mall right on the Florida pedestrian street. When inside the mall, look for an alcove that says "Edificio Mitre" and walk up a flight of stairs to the restaurant. Open only Monday through Friday for lunch from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
