	Review: The neighborhood isn't exactly the greatest, but don't let that keep you from experiencing Manzanita. They offer a set meal which comes in two sizes plus a "simple meal", which has neither oil nor spices and is the smallest. The set meal includes soup (always delicious) and a plate with usually 5 items which change daily. Example of items: a brown rice dish, mixed green salad, hot mixed veggie dishes. Also included is hot tea. The place seats around 50 and is clean and simplistic. Big meal is $13, smaller one is $11, and the simple meal is $9. Its all very tasty and you'll feel like you've done your body and soul and real favor. There's cookies for sale in a case at the checkout counter - four varieties and all good.   Pros: healthy food * friendly staff * ever changing menu Cons: scary part of town after dark * *

	Review: Just tried this for the first time and have to say it's the most authentic (this naturally being a subjective word) East Bay veggie restaurant experience I've had so far. Kind of minimalist inside, yet a cozy atmosphere. Friendly staff. Lovely, flavorful, local, organic food that has just the right amount of spices and salt. Loved it.   Pros: * * Cons: * *
