	Review: this shop is created 100% veggie. after 4 years in Nanaimo it STILL is. Fish is cooked seperately. Pirate Chips was created to give vegetarians an option to EAT. everything is fresh and local and made with integrity. The chili is absolute vegan so are many other menu items but yes all but the chili is deep fried, but still vegetarian, who said vegetarians don't like a little fun? deep fried chocolate anyone?   Pros: great value * great atmosphere * unique menu items Cons: sweet potatoes * vegan chili * directly downtown
