North of Susty's in Northwood, NH and east of Spoon Revolution in Concord there aren't many options for the vegetarian/vegan traveller/diner, especially in the lakes region. Here's a new one: Cafe Ole.

This is a small cafe in downtown Wolfeboro, America's oldest summer resort. Open 9am-6pm Mon-Sat. 100% organic. Gluten-free friendly. All foods local sourced and seasonal. Everything hand made and home cooked. Menu posted on facebook. Mostly vegetarian, much vegan, some dead animal 'though. Intimate atmosphere, outside seating (seasonal), take-away available. Menu changes daily. I've had the lentil & feta salad, opened faced vegan sandwich, porridge made with yoghurt, all excellent. I'm a customer (vegan), not an owner.
