Wonderful all vegetarian Indian cuisine!

I went to MAB with a groupon...I'm a foodie and sometimes I'm a bit hesitant to try some place new. I had the Beingan Bartha which the waiter said was his favorite dish. Let me just say, my boyfriend was SUPER JELLY!! It was fantastic! I'm drooling just thinking of it.

We also got a couple appetizers, garlic naan and the hot Indian tea. It was all so delicious, we left very satisfied. I've heard good things about their lunch buffet too. I'm not one to go to a buffet but this one is definitely making it on our rounds for dinner.

Best Vegetarian Restaurant in Arizona

The lunch buffet is delicious and their dinner menu is amazing. Every dish is like discovering a new food for the first time. The mastery of spice blended with vegetables is incredible. Their cooking is astounding. We have tasted nearly every item on the menu and have yet to find a dish we did not love (although there are a few fried items, we do not order these). Since discovering this gem of a restaurant less than a mile from our home, we have visited at least once a week. It is the best restaurant in Arizona!
The service is friendly and atmosphere is nice as well.

Pros: delicious variety of menu items, excellent value, amazing healthy food
