Ì recently went to the Happy Crulture Japanese themed meal at Sol Semilla with friends and it was AMAZING!!!!!!! I cannot say enough about how fantastic it was. I will definitely be back for one of these special nights! :-)
Pros: Taste, presentation, hostessIt was a real experience to participate at the Mexican "happy crulture" diner last Friday at the restaurant Sol Semilla.The plates were nicely decorated and each ingredient matched perfectly to one other. The superfood ingredients and spices were very well chosen and composed. My palate was definitely spoiled! The host was lovely and the ambiance was very warm. I can't wait to discover more about raw food. Viva Mexico! Viva happy crulture!

The raw food menu was with superfood : urucum chips, tomatoes-aguaymanto salsa, guacamole, mole tacos (cacao cru) chili raw sin carne (no meat), mexican salad with nopal, brownies with a delicious lucuma cream
