Not gluten friendly, don't believe the hype!
Posted on 01 / 14 / 2013Two sandwiches served to me and I was sworn up and down that it was gluten free. I happily ate them only to get sick later. I blamed another restaurant, in which I have apologized too. I found out it had gluten when I went to order it a third time. I was told it had soy sauce which has wheat. I can get so sick from wheat as to have a seizure. I was so sick once I almost had one. If you are a restaurant that claim to be gluten friendly you should make sure your staff is trained on what is and what is not gluten free. I have found two friends that have gotten sick that also have a gluten allergy. It would be wise to take away the gluten friendly advertisement or train your staff way better. If you don't it is a good way to get a lawsuit.
Pros: Fresh produceCons: Staff unsafe, hair in food, gluten allergy people getting sick
