	Review: I too was taken by how nice the staff was. I stopped in for a light lunch andn really enjoyed the Sunshine burrito. I tried a frozen version from the market later on thinking it would be the same. Not even close. I can't wait to go back and have another shot of wheat grass. It's starting to grow on me. Thank you for the excellent service, wish I could've stayed longer.   Pros: service * tasty * clean Cons: * *

	Review: I just polished off my lunch at 20 Carrots across from the University of New Mexico campus. They are open 10-5 (M-F) and 10-4 on Saturdays. They are closed Sunday. (We had tried to come for dinner last night.) I sat down and let the owner know I was vegan. She went through the menu with me and showed me a number of items that could be made vegan. There are already a number of vegan items on the menu. The food was delicious and fresh.   Pros: * * Cons: * *

	Review: This is a small informal place to get a quick bite to eat. Bascially, they have frozen veggies burgers and veggie hot dogs with a few sandwich possibilities. They do not have eggless mayo.   Pros: friendly staff * * Cons: frozen food * microwave * limited menu

	Review: We were in Albuquerque for the weekend and stumbled upon 20 carrots. The host and hostess were warm and welcoming. The food we had was very tasty, probably the best vegan food we had while there (3 days). My wife had the tempeh burger, which I tasted and was as pleased as she was with it. I had the breakfast burrito and was more than satisfied.   Pros: good food * vegan options * willing to work with you Cons: opens late 10 am * closes early 5 pm *
