Excelent food offering good value for money, good vegan selection including cakes and deserts. Very friendly staff and they have a few special evenings. Next are Italian and christmas.Must book.
Pros: good value, oasis in desert, near station.I had an excellent lunch here. The cafe is pleasant and comfortable and the staff friendly and attentive. The menu is imaginative and tasty, and the prices are reasonable. Lots of vegan options too. The only pity is that , as yet, the cafe is only open for lunch. But they are beginning to open on a Saturday evening.
Pros: Range of good food, Excellent service, Comfortable atmosphereMy parents first told me about this place which has opened relatively recently and said that they'd had a wonderful lunch. When I visited I had a lovely goats cheese and rocket sandwich. There is a good choice of snacks and more wholesome dishes along with cakes. The price is very reasonable, the atmosphere relaxed and confortable, and the staff freindly. I highly recommend Josef's Vegetarian Cafe and will be sure to eat there every time I'm in the area. Oh and as a nice twist. Many many years ago the original building used to be a butchers! Progress indeed.
