Went to find Prana today to be told it has closed down ;(

I went to this place in April 2012. My girlfriend and I had a great raw sushi filled with vegetables and avocado. We also had a delicious raw taco with sprouts and cashew milk. Everything was delicious and the couple who runs the place are two very kind people. Make sure to visit this place while in Cuzco.

It was a fantastic surprise to find a raw food restaurant in Cusco. The food is really good, organic, freshly and lovingly prepared in front of you whilst you wait. The people are very nice and sincere and can make the food exactly according to what you like. As with all Raw Food places, due to organic, high quality ingredients it is quite expensive, but you get what you pay for. Great raw sweets, deserts, juices, salad. Awesome!

It is not particularly easy to find. You have to go into a courtyard off of the main street. Search it out for the best food in Cusco if you like nutrition.
