Small typical Mexican-style restaurant owned by a vegan couple. All dishes are vegan versions of authentic Mexican/pre-Hispanic cuisine. Dishes prepared fresh daily. There is no menu. Inexpensive; one appetizer, one entree and a drink is less than $2.50 US. Kitchen is partially open so you can talk to the chefs while they prepare your food. Located opposite the Pool Hall and next door to the bicycle shop. Price: Inexpensive more-less

A seriously incredible place

This 100% vegan restaurant is a truly remarkable gem in the lovely town of Cholula. The food is plentiful and very good value.
