This is seriously my favorite Mexican place EVER. It's so good! They have a few different vegan options for filling: soy-rizo, two kinds of tofu, veggies, and potato. My personal favorite is the soy-rizo or grilled veggie chimichanga with vegan sour cream, cheese, and guac.
The vegan sour cream and cheese isn't on the menu yet, but just ask at the counter for it. They have had it every time I go.
The chips and salsa are also to die for!
UPDATE: In the winter they have THE BEST VEGAN HOT CHOCOLATE I'VE EVER HAD. GET IT. NOW. It's topped with cinnamon and soy whipped cream!
