I've eaten here a few times... The food is always expensive and lackluster, but it's one of the only restaurants in town with a lot of vegetarian options so I end up coming back every now and then hoping for a better value. Unfortunately, it seems to stay consistently bland.
Pros: Vegetarian Menuwhile they have a lot of vegetarian options they are somewhat lacking on the vegan choices. they do have a daily vegan soup and one vegan salad dressing (beware the tomato tamari dressing is NOT vegan). also, their tofu and the veggie tempura are fried in the same fryer as their fish so the "veggie salad" and "vegetable tempura" are not for strict vegans. also lacking on vegan wine choices - many are organic but not very many are vegan. great place for vegetarians and best option in Frederick for a sit-down restaurant for vegans.
Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Many vegan options. Excellent.
