Nice Temple Food
Posted on 12 / 14 / 2011Although it's quite far away from the city but it's worth the trip. We visited there twice and had tasted almost all items in the menu. Lotus leaf rice, sea vegetable rice cake soup, pumpkin soup, sweet potato, salad, kimchi... Everything were delicious, from the main course to the side dish. Staff were nice and patient although we can't communicate really well with them. You can choose to dine in the hall or in the rooms. The rooms has many books including Britannica Encyclopedia, some Chinese and English books, but most of them were in Korean. One of them was an aged book which has old photos of Jeju-do.
Definitely grab some bags of the rice-wrapped cookie before you leave.
Pros: Natural food, Pleasant environment, Friendly staff
