CLOSED & still running Groupon Deals

THEY HAVE BEEN SHUT DOWN FOR NOT PAYING TAXES.
A letter posted on the front door states that the Washington State Department of Revenue shut them down for a $50K default in taxes yet they still ran a Groupon coupon and collected money about a week ago. Do these people have any ethics?

Pros: None
Cons: Taking your money even though closed, No ethics
